Benefits & incentive-based compensation

Hanlon offers 3 different health insurance plans through Florida Blue Cross Blue Shield for all employees after they complete their first 90 days of employment.

Additionally, all Hanlon employees are eligible to participate in our year-end profit-sharing plan after completing their first 90 days of employment and if we exceed our profitability goal for the year. Every Hanlon employee contributes to our year-end financial performance by conducting his or her work safely and efficiently.

Ceiling Specialist roles & responsibilities

Our team of Ceiling Specialists at Hanlon consists of several roles:

  • Leads complex projects with large (or multiple) crews, serving as liaison between customer and Hanlon Superintendent
  • Identifies jobsite complications before they arise and rectifies problems with input from Hanlon Superintendent
  • Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits mastery of various standard and specialty ceiling system installation methods
  • Leads small projects, serving as liaison between customer and Hanlon Superintendent
  • Identifies jobsite complications before they arise and rectifies problems with input from Hanlon Superintendent
  • Demonstrates professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Exhibits mastery of various standard and specialty ceiling system installation methods
  • Exhibits advanced understanding of various standard and specialty ceiling system installation methods
  • Identifies jobsite complications before they arise and rectifies problems with input from Hanlon Senior Foreman or Foreman
  • Exhibits basic understanding of various standard and specialty ceiling system installation methods
  • Identifies jobsite complications before they arise and rectifies problems with input from Hanlon Senior Specialist
  • Exhibits desire and work ethic required to gain basic understanding of various standard and specialty ceiling system installation methods
  • Demonstrates constant reliability and support for jobsite team
