Katharine joined Hanlon Acoustical Ceilings in November 2018. Prior to joining Hanlon, Katharine founded and patented Color Clutch, an innovative storage device for nail polish and other retail beauty products. Katharine led Color Clutch to establish wholesale partnerships with The Container Store and Amazon within the company’s first 2 years. Before launching Color Clutch, Katharine was Director of Wholesale & Retail Partnerships for BaubleBar, which launched in 2011 as the go-to online destination for fashion jewelry. Katharine has also served as a Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy & Finance with Wal-Mart, based at the company’s headquarters in Bentonville, Arkansas. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Political Science from Stanford University.
